Frank's Dwelling
Designed Fall 2020
Located in Cripple Creek, Colorado this single-family dwelling was designed for my choice of client. I chose Frank, a quiet writer that is well travelled and enjoys reading. His personality is reflected in the design with lofty views with large windows framing the sweeping mountain range outside. A built in bookshelf covers an entire wall in the loft and a writing desk is placed with views all around.
This was my first project, I utilized SketchUp & Lumion. The final project was linked with eleven others to create the whole neighborhood.
