Attending M-State made me fall back in love with school and ultimately gave me the courage and knowledge to pursue a higher degree. I went in expecting to eventually switch to a criminal justice major; thankfully, I was distracted by the practice of building and the details of my favorite buildings. After graduating I was fortunate enough to partake in a bunch of domestic travel, only increasing my love for the built environment and how to better intertwine urbanism and the ecosystem. Growing up I loved English, after receiving this degree I allowed myself to explore other subjects and ended up in the perfect combination of all of them.
